Casa Desa is a high density development located in Taman Desa, surrounded by greenery. Taman Desa is a matured and self-sufficient township with a pleasant environment to boot and is mostly occupied by middle- to upper-class citizens. Thus, residents of Casa Desa need not worry about their daily needs as there are many amenities within the area and are easily within reach too.
However, some of the residents have noted that the design of Casa Desa leaves much to be desired. Smaller units face the West where the sun sets and it gets hot in the later half of the day, whereas residents in the bigger units have to walk past the parking lot to get to the pool. As for the exterior, the colour makes Casa Desa look more like a low-cost apartment than a proper condominium.
Residents are also concerned that Casa Desa is lacking in facilities. The development only offers a swimming pool and a gym while other properties offer more than just a pool and a gym. Security-wise, Casa Desa lacks in safety features such as access cards to certain areas of the development, while the parking lot in level 5 is being shared by both the residents and visitors.
