Not only are its built-ups far larger than many of its counterparts, it also offers a fairly low density and is only one and a half stories tall in comparison to the usual 3-storey tall townhouses.

Although there are some who say that the residents of Challis Damansara will be in danger from the high tension cables nearby, many interested parties who have personally gone to visit the site have confirmed that the cables are actually quite a distance away. Home buyers looking for a permanent home will be happy to know that at least 80% of the development was sold to buyers for own stay.
