Jalil Damai is one of the older condominiums in the enclave of Bukit Jalil that is very well maintained. What residents like about this place is the free shuttle bus provided to and fro the nearby LRT station, its proximity to amenities as well as its location just beside the high end developments of the area. Residents have also mentioned that the majority of the tenants here are Chinese.

On the other hand their grouses also include the terrible traffic congestion during peak hours of which the residents are terribly affected. Parking is also a pain, as each unit is only allocated 1 parking lot; with additional parking lots allocated via balloting. However, prices of this condominium has increased over the years, and investors exclaim over how easy it is to rent their units out.
