* Guards are helpful and courteous, although language barriers are at times, frustrating.
* Neighbours are quiet which is refreshing.
* Location is fantastic as almost all one needs are available.
* After midnight, I do see some individuals still congregating and drinking alcoholic beverages at establishments which have clearly ceased operations for the day: it is a little unnerving.
* Rental rates are competitive and affordable.
* Agents I've dealt with to procure flat are professional and punctual.
