Rhythm Avenue is high rise serviced apartment located within USJ 19. It was built atop a mall called The 19 USJ City Mall and was part of its development project. While the mall offers a variety of amenities, it is still empty to a certain extent.
Facing several bumps during development such as being an abandoned project, it was revived by AmBank using the bank's own funds and they refused to allow other developers to develop the building. This caused its price of units here to remain the same as its clients did not have to fork out any extra funds.
Therefore, units here are now cheaper than it could have been makings it to be affordable to interested parties. There have however been many complaints on the management team of this serviced apartment, whereby a resident created an entire blog dedicated to the residents’ dissatisfaction over the management party.
