Taman Maluri is one of the main and earliest housing estates located in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, close to the state border of Selangor. Easily accessible via the Maluri LRT station on the Ampang Line, properties in Taman Maluri are constantly in high demand due to its prime location where one can easily reach Bukit Bintang and KLCC within minutes on good traffic days. Traffic congestion, however, does get pretty bad especially during peak hours.
