Tiara Faber is a low-density development located in Taman Desa with a standard size for all its units. Most of the units are occupied by young executives and young families, however, each unit only comes with one parking bay which is insufficient as there are many car owners now. As a result, there is not much of a choice but to park the cars outside the compound on the roadside, which in turn leads to traffic congestion outside the area. The security at Tiara Faber has improved over the years after many cases of break-ins and cars being stolen.
