Taman Sentul is a residential development located in Juru, Penang. Established years ago, the matured neighbourhood comprises a number of single-storey terraces built over freehold land. The homes at Taman Sentul are amply sized, with built-up sizes of the terraces being around 800 sf. Beginning with prices of RM279,000 on the subsale market, the homes may be considerably high given their age. Rental on the other hand is about RM600 per month. Amenities are a short drive from the neighbourhood, along Jalan Juru and Jalan Perusahaan, where commercial lots house eateries, convenience stores and a post office.
