Vista Indah Putra is a handsome property in terms of designs and its environment, with a maintenance fee of between RM80 and RM100 as of 2015. According to a resident, these foreigners kept throwing all sorts of rubbish down from their units and despite the reports lodged to the management, efforts to curb the issue were unsuccessful.
