Seremban 2 is IJM Land’s flagship township, located in Negeri Sembilan. Neighbouring its predecessor, the township was developed with the goal to relocate the administrative, business and education services away from the the state’s capital. To date, the township is one of the most progressive and successful in the state, with developments currently at 90% completion.

Apart from the fact that its intention was mainly to cater for businesses, the developer has not forgotten about the natives. Many high-rise buildings, as well as landed homes were built to accommodate the population in the area. There are a number of residential neighbourhoods within Seremban 2, such as Azalea and Casa Milla, to name a couple. More homes are popping up, much thanks to the ever-growing population within the area, with many of these new homeowners coming from the Klang Valley.

Within Seremban 2, there are plenty of amenities that are readily accessible to its residents. This is also due to almost 1,500 commercial units being present in the township. The units are now taken up by restaurants, boutiques, workshops, service centres, and entertainment outlets. As mentioned earlier, there are also government service offices such as the Malaysian Customs Department and the Malaysia Palm Oil Board in the township.

In addition, in case of any medical emergencies, the main hospital in the capital is Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, which can also be accessed by the town’s natives. There are also several shopping malls which serve as a place for residents to get their daily necessities and as an entertainment spot, such as the S2 Mall, Tesco, AEON Mall and Mydin.

Education institution is also abundant here in Seremban 2, with a number of primary and secondary schools such as Sekolah Kebangsaan Seremban 2A, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Kepayang, the Matrix International School and Zenith International School. Universiti Teknologi MARA Seremban is also within a short drive from the township, while Negeri Sembilan’s education hub, Nilai, is less than an hour’s drive away, providing more alternatives especially for tertiary education students.

The township is located in the middle of the state, which also means easy access from major highways, particularly the North-South Highway (NSE), the LEKAS Highway and the Seremban-Port Dickson Highway. This township is also a lucrative place for investors, much due to its proximity to some townships of Klang Valley, which includes Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.
