Gombak is a backwater town located very much on the outskirts of the city, that is occupied mostly by those of the Malay ethnicity group. It is located close to Batu Caves and is close to the Karak Highway that leads to Genting Highlands.

Gombak is considered to be a very out-of-the-way township, where the residents still live a very peaceful village type of lifestyle amidst trees and and nature. In fact, one of the Orang Asli’s (aborigine) settlements is also located within this town.

Investing in Gombak is not something that has ever crossed any investor’s mind as the township is extremely laid-back with no new developments, where land is aplenty that it is still possible to buy your own plot of land and build your own home.
