Neighbourhood Review

Bandar Sri Damansara is an increasingly affluent integrated township located within Klang Valley, neighbouring other affluent townships such as Sunway SPK Damansara and Damansara Damai. Being an integrated development, Bandar Sri Damansara is constantly growing, and in recent years prices of units here has seen a steady increment in value.

With developments such as Damansara Avenue which is currently undergoing development scheduled to be completed in the year 2020, the prices of properties here are expected to soar. Additionally, recently completed developments such as Ativo Plaza has further increased the value of property within Bandar Sri Damansara.

With many interested purchasers being extremely apprehensive of the notorious traffic entering or exiting the area during peak hours, it was reported that the DUKE Highway would have a new access point to Desa ParkCity which would indirectly also provide Bandar Sri Damansara another entry point to the highway.

With primary schools, secondary schools and educational institutes of higher education located within its premises, Bandar Sri Damansara is expected to boom spectacularly in the coming years.
