Setia Eco Gardens is a 765-acre township development located in the Iskandar Malaysia region of Johor Bahru. The township was built on the idea of becoming a township where one can live amidst nature without forgoing the comforts of modern living.

Since its launching in 2007, Setia Eco Gardens has gained recognition for its environmentally-conscious concept, beautiful architecture, and landscaping. To date, the township is a 2-time winner of the international FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award, and also won the Best Master Plan Development category in 2009, as well as the FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards. The 28-acres Eco Greens park complex within the township was also awarded the Best Purpose-Built/Specialised Project in the 2012 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award.

The Eco Greens park complex at Setia Eco Gardens offers residents a chance to get closer to nature, with an Aquatic Sanctuary, Fish Propagation Pond, Bird Island, and Butterfly Trail, to watch wildlife in their natural state. Other facilities include the Maze Garden and Fern Garden where residents can appreciate flora in its entirety. Fitness facilities are also aplenty, such as the Eco Playground, Fitness Zone, Yoga Corner, Taichi Deck, basketball court, and football field.

There are also fitness and wellness facilities for elders at the Senior Citizen Corner, along with gazebos scattered around the grounds. Within the grounds of Setia Eco Gardens are also a national primary school, SJK (C) Pai Tze, as well as the Tenby International School Setia Eco Gardens. In addition, Setia Eco Gardens is located on the peripheries of Iskandar Puteri, where a range of mega developments there, such as the EduCity education hub and Afiat Healthpark provided even more convenience to residents.

Setia Eco Gardens is located strategically within convenient access to a number of major roads and highways. Just beyond the township is the Second Link Expressway, which links to the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Causeway, about 23.4km away. The JB city centre on the other hand, is approximately 26.9km from the development via the Coastal Highway, while the North-South Expressway (NSE) leads to the Senai International Airport, which is 27.2km away.
