Setia Tropika is a township development which spans 740 acres of land in the prime development zone of Iskandar Puteri in Iskandar Malaysia. The development envisions a township which offers daily living at its very best, where beautiful homes and modern facilities coexist peacefully with nature.

The homes at Setia Tropika are architectural marvels in their own right, where some notable elements of the many types of homes include garden terraces on the roof, indoor water features, courtyards which enable light and air into the home, as well as extra volume porches. Everything from snug serviced residence to sizeable semi-detacheds and cluster homes, to luxurious bungalows and villas, Setia Tropika offers something for everyone. Every precinct of residences is self-contained within their own perimeter, with fencing and a single entry and exit way. 24-hour security is also available, where security guards frequently patrol the township.

Commercial shop offices are also available, on top of the Central Business District (CBD) commercial hub. The CBD is home to the Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), which is an administrative centre comprising 8 different departments. Some of these include the Immigration Department, and National Registration Department, which is highly convenient for residents of Setia Tropika, as well as the population of surrounding townships. Other amenities can also be found at the CBD, such as a Maybank branch, and a Starbucks.

The 3 types of parks within Setia Tropika provide a backdrop of serene greenery. Anchored by the 12-acre town park, the township offers a range of facilities to its residents. Within the town park itself are picnic lawns, reflexology paths, basketball courts, gazebos, and more. The linear park on the other hand, provide lanes for jogging and cycling, as well as educational gardens, followed by the pocket parks within each individual precinct.

When it comes to accessibility, Setia Tropika is conveniently within reach of key access ways, of which include the North-South Expressway (NSE). The developers of the township has also built Exit 255B to enable easier travel to and from the CBD, while the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) links to the NSE and the JB city centre. With that, the Johor Immigration Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ) is just a mere 13km away.
