Taman Lestari Putra is a residential cum commercial area located at Bandar Putra Permai in Seri Kembangan. Recent developments in Bandar Kinrara and Puchong have provided an increased amount of facilities and amenities for the residents of Taman Lestari Putra. This development was initially abandoned by the developer but has since been completed. There have been no recent reports of crime in this town but three years ago, in 2012, there were cases of robberies and house break-ins where a family was attacked and robbed and a home of a factory manager was broken into. The only downside to this town is the developer whose reputation is not favoured by many as the houses that were produced are not of solid quality. However, the price of the homes here attracts many as it is not a price tag that would be easily achieved in this day and age. Most of the double storey homes are being sold at less than RM300,000 which is not common nowadays especially in the Klang Valley area.
