Ken Damansara III is the final phase of condominiums of the Ken Damansara high rise project. It was a highly embraced project, and is to date still highly sought after. The management of this condominium is extremely strict as are the guards, much to the chagrin of visitors who voice their complaints in public only to be shot down when found out that they parked their car in a tenant’s lot and was forced to pay a penalty to have the clamp removed.

There is however an issue of lack of parking space for residents in this condominium, causing the roads outside the condominium to constantly be congested as there are many residents who are forced to park their cars outside due to the lack of parking space. There are also complaints that this condominium is surrounded by low cost flats within a purportedly extremely filthy area.

One of the cheapest entry price condominium in the vicinity for units above 1000sf. Can consider staying here if you don't mind the drawbacks - surrounded by low cost flats.

We stayed here two years but moved out once lease expired. Decent place to stay but our unit was towards the inner end and the noise from the Bestari flats residents was horrendous. During ramadan it was 30 nights of 'giant' crackers (very loud ones) blasting even... See More
up to 4am. If you wish to stay here get units towards the guardhouse end.
