Pantai Sentral Park is a new township located in the prestigious enclave of Bangsar South, beside one of the last green lungs in the city of Petaling Jaya. Touted to be one of Kuala Lumpur’s only urban forest city, Pantai Sentral Park is being carefully built in the forests of Bangsar South with minimal disturbance to the nature surrounding it.

Situated amidst the conveniences of a flamboyant lifestyle, Pantai Sentral Park surrounds its tenants with lush greenery and crisp, cool air, overlooking the city of Petaling Jaya from its lofty perch.

Consisting of many phases which will include residential and commercial components inclusive of retail lots, the first and highly exciting phase of Pantai Sentral Park was Inwood Residences which was sold out within weeks of its launch via balloting. This low density condominium with only 7 units to a floor is spaciously spread out over 3.02 acres of Residential title land.

The second phase of Pantai Sentral Park is also another residential parcel named Secoya Residences. Although its official launch was in March of 2015, many of its prime units were either booked or sold out prior to its official launch.

The next phase that is anticipated to follow will be the commercial parcels beside Inwood Residences and Secoya Residences. With the entire township expected to be completed in the year 2030, it is expected that there will be many more residential developments up for grabs in the near future.

Built with excellent accessibility to a number of major highways with a proposed MRT in the line to pass by the area, Pantai Sentral Park is a self-selling property with its location. The new LRT Line 3 is going to be situated near Pantai Sentral Park, and the closest highways to home is the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX) and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).

Although traffic is a major grouse from the Bangsar South residents, the traffic situation is expected to be alleviated with the new Kerinchi Link extension which provides access to Mont Kiara. With the dream of the CEO & Managing Director of IJM Land to “Build a City Amidst the Forest”, Pantai Sentral Park will also host a shopping mall to cater to its residents in the future.

Accessibility to this place is really good and I really love the area... price also not bad but can never procure any good units. But traffic is seriously an issue here. Serious overpopulation. Access is superb but getting to the access roads itself is bad during... Lebih Lagi
peak hours. Been there done that. Not a place I would choose to stay in. Just imagining getting to work everyday is scary!
