Savanna 1 is a high rise development located along the Bukit Jalil / KL-Putrajaya Expressway. One of the two blocks was sold to Hanju Savanna, a Korean developer, where the units were then upgraded with higher quality tiles and came with golf memberships. The remaining units of the block that was sold were opened to local residents later on.
Savanna 1 is popular with property buyers due to its prime location, and is located near the Bukit Jalil and Ampang / Sri Petaling LRT stations. However, the downside is its location being exactly opposite the Bukit Jalil National Sports Complex and Stadium, which means there is massive traffic congestion during peak hours and when events or sports tournaments are held.
