The ERA is a mixed development of serviced residences and retail components, set to bring vibrant city living to Duta North, the fast-developing region of Segambut just north of Dutamas and Mont Kiara. Spanning 14.8 acres of land, the development will comprise of 6 complexes, which will tower at heights of 53 to 63 storeys tall. On top of that, The ERA is situated off Jalan Kuching, which leads straight to the KL city centre (7km), as well as connect to highways such as the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar, the SPRINT Highway (and the Penchala Link). Other roads and highways reachable to and from the property include Jalan Duta, Jalan Ipoh, the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), and the North-South Expressway (NSE).
