The ERA is a mixed development of serviced residences and retail components, set to bring vibrant city living to Duta North, the fast-developing region of Segambut just north of Dutamas and Mont Kiara. Spanning 14.8 acres of land, the development will comprise of 6 complexes, which will tower at heights of 53 to 63 storeys tall. The podium will house retail spaces, with a combined area of 277,000 sf, and also includes an 8-storey car park, while plans for offices are also in talks.
The ERA is a freehold development, which is poised to offer 3 different phases of serviced residences which go by the themes of DAWN, NOON, and EVE. The units are sized between a comfortable 614 sf to a colossal 2,928 sf, with the first phase set to see the release of 921 of these serviced suites. The initial 2 towers at The ERA are expected to be completed by 2020. Preliminary launch prices are between RM357,699 to a little over RM2.3 million, or rather, about RM600 psf.
More than 100 facilities are planned for The ERA, where life in the city can mean much more than leaving home during the day and coming home just to sleep. Location is the hallmark of The ERA’s appeal to city dwellers, with a range of amenities and points of connectivity all within reach. Aside from the retail outlets within The ERA, the neighbourhood of Mont Kiara and Dutamas, both about 4km away, provide conveniences ranging from restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, banks, clinics, and more. Publika (4km) is the nearest mall, while schools in the area are also aplenty, namely the Mont’Kiara International School, and the Garden International School (GIS). Other amenities within reach include KLCC (8km), The Curve (11km), and 1 Utama (12km).
Connectivity from The ERA to Mont Kiara and Dutamas will be even more convenient, with a proposed link bridge which will enable direct access to these neighbourhoods. On top of that, The ERA is situated off Jalan Kuching, which leads straight to the KL city centre (7km), as well as connect to highways such as the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar, the SPRINT Highway (and the Penchala Link). Other roads and highways reachable to and from the property include Jalan Duta, Jalan Ipoh, the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), and the North-South Expressway (NSE).
