Penerangan

The Petalz is one of the most anticipated serviced residences on the main street of Old Klang Road located south of Petaling Jaya. Fronting Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) on its front side, residents may experience some noise and air pollution. An added bonus of living at The Petalz is that residents will be able access to some of the best food in town metres from their homes. There is the BBQ Thai restaurant located just down the road on the opposite side, along with a couple of popular Japanese restaurants on either side of the road.

There are also fruit stalls by the road on the opposite side of Old Klang Road, where there is are steam fish head and frog porridge restaurants. Located on the same side as The Petalz is Scott Garden which is a popular after work hangout spot. For even more convenience, there is also the neighbourhood wet market on the opposite side of Old Klang Road.

Consisting of a twin pair of blocks, The Petalz aspires to achieve the Green Building Index (GBI) Certification to reduce its impact on the environment. While traffic on Old Klang Road is constantly congested due to its being a main road, the central location and potential of The Petalz’s capital appreciation is well worth the pain.
