Located on the same side as The Petalz is Scott Garden which is a popular after work hangout spot. For even more convenience, there is also the neighbourhood wet market on the opposite side of Old Klang Road.
Consisting of a twin pair of blocks, The Petalz aspires to achieve the Green Building Index (GBI) Certification to reduce its impact on the environment. While traffic on Old Klang Road is constantly congested due to its being a main road, the central location and potential of The Petalz’s capital appreciation is well worth the pain.
