Tropicana Metropark is an upcoming integrated development located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. It is a product from one of the leading developers in Malaysia who are renowned for their quality and high end developments. Tropicana Metropark is to be one of their crowning developments in the central township of Subang.

One of Tropicana Metropark’s main features is its 9.2 acre Melbourne style park. This linear park will incorporate a lake that will run through the entire park. With its meticulous planning, residents and tenants of every development within this mini township are able to enjoy the sights and views of this delight.

Tropicana Metropark will consist of serviced apartments, office blocks, retail lots, a university and shopping mall. The first phases of the development were the serviced apartments which were irresistibly snapped up within months of its launch, with there being long queues to its entrance before the showroom even opened on the day of its launch.

The second phase was also just as quickly sold out despite the slower market sentiments then and the considerably astronomical prices. The condominiums were one of the highlights for investors as they foresaw being able to rent out their units to future students of the neighbourhood university and white collared workers of the office buildings within Tropicana Metropark which the office buildings are said to be sold enbloc.

Every unit at Tropicana Metropark will either overlook the beautiful linear lakes of the township or the facilities, whether their own or the neighbouring one. While the free furnishings for the homes at Tropicana Metropark will be scarce, all the units will come furnished with built-in kitchen cabinets and the bathrooms will be equipped with shower screens and water heaters.

Encouraging green living, all the four condominiums within Tropicana Metropark as well as the three future office towers will be connected to the city via the new KTM station, that will be located at the upcoming 15,000,000 sf shopping mall within Tropicana Metropark.

Accessibility to the township will also be extremely convenient with the new access road being built that will provide residents and visitors a direct entrance from immediately after the Batu 3 toll road. Utilising this road, getting to the township of Klang will take a mere 15 minutes.

With the entire township due to be completed in 2023, with the new shopping mall to tout high frontage views and with the beautiful linear park to be open to the public as well, Tropicana Metropark is a development that is being highly anticipated by all whether they are a buyer or not.

For investment wise, to be frank, you have alot of competitor as now the masterplan having few blocks of residences. So the traffic wise might be an issue soon. But as they have flyover, direct link in and out to Federal, it is very convenient.
Safety wise, yes, it is very safe here, quite often see police patrolling as this is a high-end area, all bungalow and SEMI D surrounded. And most importantly, BN data recovery center just right beside. HAHA
if you buy now, definitely you can earn more as when the whole township is complete, the price will definitely flyhigh.
