For a new agent just joined. Should start from Primary market (new launch project) or secondary market? Which market easy for them to start?

Thanks,

For new launch projects, does that mean the developer pay the agent the commission for helping them to sell?

@freemanwoo new agent may want to start with first time home buyers. first time home buyers usually opt for new launch project. IMO, better to start with primary market.

Yeah, even though i am not a property agent... must think like a potential buyer, and offer what other agents cannot offer. Then you stand out among your property agent peers

depends on your customer bases.

new project got more incentives for new buyer usually.

DIBS (discontinued i believe)

And there is a pay initial deposit and nothing until VP of property...

Free SnP and legal fee etc.

All of the above not available to secondary market, correct me if mistaken ya.

this is a very very open topic, and to me, it all depends on what the leader would prefer their recruit to focus on... as I do believe that during interview session, you would have actually listed all the available opportunities to the candidate and during the selection criteria you would be able to know whether the candidate is interested in doing project or the secondary market. (unless you are running mass recruitment without filtering the candidates and just over-write their commission irregardless on what they can sell... that would be a different story)

the book Trust by David Ong and Gerard Kho would give you a better idea on what you need to know before joining.
