I have a unit in Cova Square, it is actually a good property in a nice location, got MRT, hospital, colleges, commercials, etc. Yet, I still unable to rent it out since more than a year ago, even with the help of few agents.

I have seen there many rented out to the students from the Segi College, Sri Kdu teachers, Segi lecturers due to the convenience. Have you tried listing it yourself here. =)

does listing here works? coz tbh i dont think potential tenants will find here

You need to make sure that the rental you are asking for is competitive.
