It really depends on how you see things. Govt strengthening the property/Real estate and by making the players that buy/sell after 5 years get taxed. To avoid speculators to manipulate the prices of the property. Increase the min buying amount for the foreigner which is a great move to secure the price for us malaysian to buy.
