Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Motors has announced a tender last week for the sale of its 10.13-acre freehold vacant land in Kota Bayuemas, Klang Bandar Diraja, Selangor. The tendering process commenced on August 21 and will end on October 9, 2020.

Jones Lang Wooton was appointed to manage the land sale by open tender and has prepared a comprehensive memorandum of information for dissemination on the exercise.

The parcel of land is within close proximity to amenities like the Bayuemas Indoor Bowls Stadium, the Bayuemas Oval Cricket Stadium, schools, a mosque, and shopping centres.
