ADS Projek Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TRC Synergy Berhad (TRCS). TRC Synergy Berhad (TRCS) is an investment holding company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 2002. TRC Synergy’s subsidiaries are present in Malaysia’s construction and property development industry for over three decades.

Perla Ara Sentral is a joint venture development between ADS Projek and Prasarana Malaysian Berhad, a government-owned company. Above all of this, Grand Dynamic Builders (GDB) is the construction team for this project. GDB is well known for their project workmanship such as KL Eco City, Menara Hap Seng, Etiqa Office Towers and a number of condominiums in Desa Park City. Perla Ara Sentral Location

Ara Damansara is strategically located at the north and west of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), east of the Subang Airport Highway and south of the Puncak Alam Highway. It is bounded by Kota Damansara to the north, Taman Tun Dr Ismail to the east, Subang Jaya to the south, and Kayangan Heights to the west.
