Mah Sing Group Berhad’s (Mah Sing) Phase 1 Erica @ Meridin East of 155 units was fully booked during its official property launch. Following the overwhelming response, Phase 2 of Erica is now open for registration with 210 units up to meet the market demand.
This award-winning township was recently awarded The Southern Star Award (Honours) by the prestigious StarProperty Awards 2021. The excellent take-up was achieved following the unique value propositions as the township features affordably priced homes with spacious layout, various facilities and 24-hour security within a rich green living environment.
Mah Sing’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Han Sang said, “We are pleased to announce that we attained a 100% take-up for the 155 units under Phase 1 which we launched recently, having a gross development value (GDV) of RM79.3 million. Apart from that, we are very encouraged with our digital efforts in reaching out to our potential customers, as most of the Erica owners are approached via the digital platform.”
“It is also a testament that demand for affordably priced properties with good quality at strategic locations will remain resilient. The encouraging response shows that landed property segments are still in great demand. Hence, we are now opening Phase 2 for registration, we are confident the take-up will be able to replicate the performance of Erica Phase 1,” Datuk Ho continued.
Launched in 2016, Meridin East is the largest mixed development by Mah Sing which consists of residential, commercial, and light industries development with a total land size of 1,313 acres. It is a sustainable township with over 500 acres of green belt surrounding the area. To date, more than 2,000 units of houses were handed over to purchasers with a more than 70% occupancy rate.
