Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) has achieved a 95% take up rate with Delphy, the final phase of M Aruna over 1 weekend’s launch. The low density 96.7-acre gated landed residential community in Rawang has a gross development value of RM520million.
Delphy comprises 177 units of double-storey link homes with a gross development value of RM108million. With prices starting from RM662,800, Delphy comes with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with built-ups of 1,800 sf (20ft by 75ft). An actual on-site unit was fully furnished as a show unit and launched to the public over the weekend. This is to enable buyers to immerse themselves in the property, gain a better understanding of the intended development and visualise how each space could be utilized.

The Delphy units are arranged in North-South directions to minimize direct glare from the sun and heat and promote energy savings. Mah Sing is also raising energy conservation awareness by incorporating tracking methods that can help reduce energy consumption. Delphy units come with a Smart Home system that allows homeowners to control CCTV, appliances, thermostats, lights, and other devices remotely using a smartphone or tablet through an internet connection.

Surrounded by matured neighbourhoods, M Aruna is just 5km from AEON Rawang and is accessible via the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar Expressway).
