Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the property arm of Naza Corporation Holdings Sdn Bhd, held the official opening of the KL Metropolis Sales Gallery at their flagship development of KL Metropolis last week. The KL Metropolis Sales Gallery is situated at the heart of MET1, one of the components of KL Metropolis.

The official opening of the KL Metropolis Sales Gallery was officiated by Dato' Jasmy Ismail, Chairman of Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd. At the event were SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin, Group Managing Director Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd and Daniel Lim, CEO Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd. Also present were the Board of Directors of Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mohd Husin bin Abdul Hamid, Tan Sri Asmat Kamaludin and Dato’ Mohamad Lotfy bin Mohamad Noh.

Formerly situated at the Naza Corporate office at Platinum Park KLCC, the KL Metropolis Sales Gallery was moved recently to be at the centre of the KL Metropolis development.

Daniel Lim, CEO of Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd said, ‘We are pleased to welcome visitors and owners to our newly opened Sales Gallery to provide our potential and current property investors and buyers with a more personalised, and close-to-the-market so to speak. purchase experience providing them with first-hand experience of our innovative properties with high- end and sustainable amenities.’

‘Although the construction sector has reopened and almost at full momentum following the lockdown due to the global pandemic, we are looking forward to the completion of MET 1 by Q4 2022. We have planned six future launches with a total GDV of RM 3 billion for the next three years. Our next project will be the launch of TTDI Za’aba Residences in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail by Q4 of 2022,” said Daniel Lim.

Housed at the sales gallery are two show units of MET1 Residences which to-date are almost 100% completed. The sales gallery exhibits scale models of the entire KL Metropolis and the MET 1 projects. It will be open to visitors daily from 10am to 6pm and will provide up-to-date information on the development progress and sales enquiries for potential buyers and investors for KL Metropolis.

With a GDV of RM21 billion and spanning 75.5 acres, KL Metropolis will be Naza TTDI’s new landmark in Kuala Lumpur with the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) at the centre.

KL Metropolis is set to be a micro-city within Kuala Lumpur accessible via four major highways – Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), SPRINT Highway and North-South Expressway.
