Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Company”) continues its strong sales momentum with the recent residential launches of a combined 96% take-up rate for the first three stages of the flexi- linked Elmina Green Six homes in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam.

A wellness-oriented township, City of Elmina serves to enhance the overall well-being of its residents.
