Boutique developer, CPI Land, marked another milestone yesterday as it bagged two awards at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Malaysia, winning in the category of Best Boutique Developer and the People’s Choice Award.

Following the success of Dian Residency and Tuan 2egacy, CPI Land will be offering two subsequent new properties, Residensi Dian II and Tuan Series III.
