My management delay and did not want to reply our complaint to repair the wall exterior crack that water seeping in to our room whenever there is heavy rain. So what can we do? The rain water had damage our wooden flooring. Can we claim the damaged cost from them?

@jsns No clue on this. But I had an inter-level leakage situation before where the bathroom tiles of my upper unit neighbour had cracks and caused water to leak into my unit. The Management issued Form 28 where I can submit to my local municipal council and they will take relevant action (send reminder/notification to upper unit owner to fix the issue and cover the damages to my unit). If the unit owner didn't take action within 14 days, Management will help to fix and bill the owner.

Maybe you can enquire your local municipal council?
