@imronaldsoo totally agree. I actually dont bother on that unless owner is looking for me due to I m specialist there. Or else will be wasting time and effort competing with each other. Worst still competing with those not so ethical agent.

Its not that we are not helping the owner, but when we recieve the listing, we do marketing and for them, we also looking on return. Normally owner who appreciate your profession will not do that. I understand the urgency but also need owner to understand us why we do that. Too bad malaysia system not like oversea. One property one agent. Then this you will see the professionalism

Agree, One Property One agent has its pros... also bear in mind, the owner need to pay the agent for his continued services... not only in commission when successful in getting a tenant.
