Yes, need an escort to accompany during showroom visits. Should be very. ATAS. Maybe I should go again and book an appointment with them. 

Yes. The developer even provide a tour every week or two weeks once for interested buyer to go to their showroom :)

Now i pass an area with full view of Forest City regurly... wonder if there is a risk of it sinking into the sea... only time will tell
