This area is fully developed and mature community area with full of facilities, amenities, public transport (public bus, taxi, LRT), commercial area, banks, shopping mall (Tropicana City Mall, Giant, Paradigm Mall, Atria Shopping Mall, Jaya Shopping Mall, Digital
... See More Mall, The Starling Shopping Mall), hospital (UM hospital, Columbia hospital), highway (LDP, federal highway, NKVE, SPRINT), office, education, university(UM, MAHSA) and famous nice food. It is very convenient and comfortable to stay in this area, without any thinking want to move out. Traffic jam during peak hours is main concern issue due to high population. Due to the resident area mostly not guard and gated, therefore security and safety is an issue. Luckily the police are quite frequent to patrol the living area and fast respond when we make a report. The commercial area always hard to find parking not matter day or night time, but this also show a good business opportunity to set up business in SS2 as the crowd never will be an issue. The resident in SS2 can easy stay, living, working, playing, shopping and hang out in SS2 without go out this area.
As people are comfortable to stay in this area, therefore the price of properties are growing up very fast and consistent. It's quite hard to find a landed property to buy in this area. And the only new developments and projects are only high-rises condo. This area definitely is a good area no matter for own stay or investment purpose.
