Cleanliness:
The air well is a large dumpster, spoiled wet food, cigarette butts, plastics, clothes, beer bottles, can even find condoms. Tenant throwing rice and rubbish out the window is a common occurrence. The access road is right next to hypermart’s wet
... See More dumping area. Always dusty from highway and LRT. Water is dirty. Foul smell everyday from cigarettes and whatever else the tenants are smoking.
Quietness:
Drilling and hacking on Sunday. Wall bangings at midnight. Karaoke session at 3am. Children screaming nonstop. Pets everywhere. Drunk tenants talking loudly.
Safety:
It’s a free for all condo. Everyone can just walk in from the mall. They have access card system but nobody is bothered, the doors aren’t closed anyway. Security is too busy clamping cars to earn money, refer to next segment under traffic.
Traffic:
Due to incomplete development, one way in and out from the mall’s dumping area. No visitor parking, park beside the building gets you clamped. Any visitor have to park at the mall, and resident may pay for a monthly pass but the car park foreign worker can disappear with your deposit. It’s always jam going out and in.
Facilities:
Don’t expect any, swimming pool is dirty with broken tiles. Everything is broken in the gym. 2 out of 4 elevators are always down. Getting stuck in the elevator is normal here. At times all 4 down, you will have to walk 30 floors. Car park ramp is very narrow. Pipe leaks all the time. Due to strong wind, management closed all the windows so the smell from rubbish room can be smelled on the whole corridor.
And most importantly, Community:
No owners stay here, maintenance fees owed for years. They already know. All rented to foreigners, even then everyone is moving out so you will see a lot of empty unit. Tenants here are terrible, domestic violence, drunkards, open gambling, simply parking, doesn’t follow the car park arrow so accidents are quite frequent. Rented cars abandoned in the car park, engine oil spill everywhere.
