Pros:
1) Very fresh & cooling air since it's located just at the foot of a hill.
2) Compared to the nearby condominiums / apartments, the children swimming pool is separated from the adult swimming pool & this means that children have a larger area to play
... See More in instead of being confined to a small, shared pool.
Cons:
1) 2 floors share a lift lobby. This means that you'll have to either climb or descend a flight of staircase whenever you want to use the elevator. Needless to say, this is very inconvenient if you have old folks or wheelchair user staying with you.
2) There is a very obvious, large crack line on the 5th floor wall that can be clearly seen from the guard house. The same crack line runs down to the 4th floor wall & below as well but management has been telling us that it's a non-structural crack.
3) Gym filled with malfunctioned equipment. Most of these gadgets were there since the very first day & they're now all rusty & collecting dust. No rectification plan in sight.
4) Sauna rooms have malfunctioned too & have been so for around 5 years & counting. Again, nothing planned to have this rectified.
5) Basketball court doesn't adhere to standard measurement. The rims are too high, the court is too large & the 3-points line is way too far. Kids have to go to the nearby Japanese Garden or Island Glades playground to practise shooting instead. Also, the wall surrounding the basketball is too low & this is dangerous since kids have to climb out to retrieve their basketball that has bounced out & down into cliff below.
6) There is a playground located near the hill which still falls within the condominium vicinity but due to absence of any maintenance, it's full of broken equipment & filled with mosquitoes.
7) The road that connects the guard house to the 5th floor are lined with lamp posts that are either not switched on or have fallen into disrepair. As as result, it gets very dark at night even though some residents use it for jogging purpose.
