Great common areas and unique facilities for various demographics: game rooms, playroom for children, well-kept playgrounds, swimming pool, great gym, etc.
Unfortunately due to the disproportionate amount of working professionals occupying both blocks, it makes
... See More it difficult to try to go for a swim or a run at the gym when the supply is so low versus the demand. This means residents usually have to go to a nearby commercial gym instead of being able to utilise the one at home, which is a shame since we still have to pay for the maintenance. Basically, the common areas are not big enough to accommodate the density of the residents in the property.
Unit build and quality is stellar, as expected of a UOA property. Very safe as well with alert guards, although some recent rotating and changes occasionally affects this quality. Traffic of course is terrible, as expected of a Bangsar South property, but the recent path to the Sprint Highway that's opened up has helped ease commuting to the Damansara areas considerably.
Highly recommended for a quality way of life should you be willing to make the investment or move.
