Tujuh D’Wangsa is a development by See Hoy Chan Sdn Bhd Group, and its name is as real as it gets. The private residence consists of only 7 bungalow units, and is hidden away in Titiwangsa. The bungalow units are 3 storeys high, and have a built-up ranging from 5,244 sf to 7,143 sf. Completed in 2013, its launch price then ranged from RM3,980,800 to RM5,960,800.
Sticking true to its exclusive nature, facilities here are mostly private. The units each have their own swimming pool, and a personal elevator to ease movement between the 3 floors. Of course, with the amount of space at the residents' disposal, other forms of facilities can be installed by each individual in their respective units. There is also space for 4 to 8 cars to fit within each unit’s private parking bays. Security system within the residences run 24-hours, but residents can also opt for extra security measures in the units, for an added safety boost.
