Who Are We?

With its beginnings in 1976, Nadayu Properties Berhad was established as a result of a joint partnership between Goodyear Management Group and Harun Faudzar Group. With more than 30 years in the industry, Nadayu Properties Berhad has developed more than 11,000 properties in Malaysia.

Today, Nadayu has established itself as a multiple award-winning premier boutique developer, recognised for its sterling portfolio of exceptional developments. The company has also begun to establish its presence overseas.

The company began with the corporatization of Pembangunan Bandar Mutiara Sdn Bhd (PBMSB), which served as the foundation of Nadayu Properties today as well as its springboard for future expansion.

Back in the 1990s, PBMSB targeted MIT Holdings Berhad as a potential take-over for its property development activities. In 1996, a restructuring of the company saw to it that PBMSB's property projects were injected into MIT Holdings Berhad and became part of its business activities.


History

The company then changed its name to Mutiara Goodyear Development Berhad in 2002 following another series of restructuring.

As the company repositioned itself to focus on the boutique property market, the new company name – Nadayu Properties Berhad – was unveiled in 2011 to reflect a brand new corporate image. Nadayu is the integration of two Malay words, namely ‘nada’ and ‘bayu’; or simply ‘rhythm of the breeze’ – gracefully permeating space and life, bringing harmony with the flow of nature.

Building upon the company’s long-standing solid reputation, core values, and long term commitments, the Nadayu brand will continue to bear the hallmark of excellence and positively transform landscapes and living experiences in a sustainable manner.
