Building a house is a technical skill; it's bricks and mortar, pilings and cement, accurate measurements and solid engineering. Building a home, on the other hand, is a completely different discipline; it requires both an eye on the big picture and great attention to detail, a focus not just on WHAT is being built, but WHO it's being built FOR, and probably most importantly, WHY it's being done at all.

As a company, we started off building houses, and doing it really well. We took pride in our technical proficiency and our formidable knowhow. We were skilled (and still are, very much so), but there was something missing; we were building structures and buildings because we were asked to, without actually knowing the reason behind our work. That was then; this is now.

Now, we're no longer a construction company. We've retained the skill set, the knowledge and the expertise, for sure; it's one of the crucial features that set us apart from other similar companies. We were builders first, and now, we're developers. From merely making, we're now creating. Most importantly, we know exactly WHY we're doing this. It's so we can Bring Happiness to Life.

That's the answer we were looking for all those years ago, the grand vision behind our commitment, passion and dedication to delivering the best at all times. Because anyone can build a house, but knowing that we're doing something that will bring happiness to others; well, that's all the motivation we need to Build Homes that People Love.

By doing so, we take a consumer-centric approach to development, building in areas that appeal to a sense of history and nostalgia but with a refreshing new twist, to create quality homes that are as exceptional as there are reasonable.
