Zubicon Sdn Bhd (”Zubicon”) was founded in 1999 as a construction company in which the portfolios include building condominiums, terrace houses, apartments, shopping malls, shop lots, light industrial premises and public infrastructures mainly in the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia.

Through years of building and construction experiences, Zubicon has evolved into becoming a full scale property developer.

In 2013, our company achieved another milestone after being selected by the Penang State Government to undertake a project to build 1900 affordable housing units to be known as Chelliah Park City, in the vicinity of Georgetown, Penang. The distinct development proposal submitted by Zubicon has won our company this open tender project. At the same time, we believe that our aspiration and commitments towards creating a convenient and green urban hub for a healthier and better lifestyles has given us an edge over other bidders.
