Lone Pine Group of Companies was established in the year 1987 for the development of both residential and commercial properties. Over the years, we have evolved into an integrated company with buildings construction services. To date, Lone Pine Group of Companies has an authorised and issued capital of RM4.5 million with the principal activities of property development and management.

We have completed residential and commercial projects of over 2,300 units amounting to RM303 million. In 2003., we were awarded the "Best Managed Medium Cost Flat" in Malaysia for our landmark project, Taman Lone Pine. Aspiring to be ultimate developer in the property industry, Lone Pine Group of Companies continues to embark on current and future projects with a GDV of more than RM860 million.
