Sycal Berhad is an established player in the construction industry having been around since 1980. The Sycal group is now also active in property development, including new townships and also the Hotel & Resort sector.

As a contractor, we have delivered more than RM 1.5 Billion worth of projects for the government and private sector including low-rise and high-rise housing, infrastructure, landmark buildings, universities, hospitals and commercial developments.

We are also a player in property development which contribute about 30 % of group revenue. We have developed township and one such township is Taman Teratai in Johor Baharu with a total development area of 200 acres consisting of 2,100 units of mixed development.
