(649150-A) was incorporated on 14th April, 2004 as an elite group of companies specialised in the building construction, property development, and building material manufacturing industries. These divisions are strategically integrated into the group to complement each other, further adding strength and competitiveness to the company as a unified, sustainable entity.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

The Property Development Division is the core operation of Solid Promenade. This Division plays a key role in land acquisition, land banking, property investment, and property development activities of the company. The company has a private reserve of land banks and co-owns several parcels of land across Malaysia. These sizeable land banks have been meticulously planned for future developments that meets the modern demand and standards while maximising the properties' potential and return. The company's property development interest is mainly focussed on middle and high end properties.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Over the years, the company has developed a strong experienced Management Team to supervise and manage all our property development and construction projects. Our team has been trained to produce projects of high quality and completion with project schedule.

SOLID PROMENADE started as a building construction company, the Building Construction Division is the core operation of Solid Promenade, committed to constructing quality residential, commercial, industrial, and educational buildings. We have been privileged to work on some of the most prominent projects, transforming ideals into reality.

MANUFACTURING

The company has ventured into building material manufacturing primarily to provide synergy with its existing business. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Evergreen Sdn. Bhd. is involved in the manufacturing of wide range of PVC products in Malaysia. Occasionally, when the return on investment is good for a project, we would invest in the manufacturing of all related building materials.
