Coneff Corporation Sdn Bhd is wholly owned by Bina Bersatu Sdn Bhd. It was formed to undertake development projects namely the Joint-development Desa Tasik Project with Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur since 1989 with Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur as the Developer and Coneff Corporation Sdn Bhd acts as the Co-developer.

The development encompasses 80 acres which was planned for mixed development consisting of low and high rise buildings classified as Low Cost Apartments, Low Medium Apartments. Factory Lots, Shop Offices, a Sports Complex, Surau, Condominiums, Commercial Centre and Service Apartments and, all as detailed hereafter.

Generally, eighty five percent of the development have been duly completed and handed over to buyers and DBKL. The balance of the development known as Phase 3B and Phase 5 have had just obtained its’ Development Order from DBKL.
