Established formally as Bob Agency in 1959, the company started by catering primarily to the housing needs of the British Forces and Royal Australian Airforce personnel leading the company to become the first real estate company in Penang as well as the northern region of Malaysia. The name was later changed to New Bob Realty Sdn. Bhd. and is still a leading real estate company in the northern region today offering our clients opportunities to successfully invest, sell, or lease residential and commercial properties in the market. - The company was incorporated under the Company’s Act as NEW BOB REALTY SDN BHD on 3rd April 1981.

- Initially catered to serve the housing needs of the British Royal Air Force (RAF) and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) personnel.

- Services were soon extended not only to residents of Penang but also to companies, factories, financial institutions, expatriate communities and foreign multi-national corporations.

- Handled over 30,000 property transactions including some 1,000 properties presently managed by the Company on behalf of the owners.
