Design & Build (D&B)

Pak Chun Group’s business in D&B focuses strictly on residential properties. We understand that designing a home may sometimes provide an unfriendly experience. Therefore Pak Chun implements a simple strategy; to deliver a tailored journey,so that from our first contact through to turning the key into your new home your experience with us is as comfortable as actually living in your home.

We are proud to have designed and built Celebrity, Country House and Rustic Model at Kayangan Heights. Our current D&B projects include Country Living, Kayangan Heights and Recreation, Mines Resort.

Real Estate Development

Pak Chun Group ventured into real estate development in 2008 and has since focused the majority of its core business in this area. In the period between 2008 to 2011 the group have launched Taman Perindustrian Pak Chun, Bukit Kemuning, Pak Chun Industrial Park, Klang Jaya, LightGrey, Sungai Buloh and Crossvent, Subang.
