spacious balcony. Very cosy. Perfect for families. About 3-4 years ago there was construction of another building across this place and quite a number of residents filed complaints due to the noises during night time and weekends. Not sure if the construction is still on now.

A very quite place to stay in. The duplex condos here are very spacious at least one of the very few big properties I've came across to seeing. Security is very tight with 3 tier points system you can be certain a peace of mind when it comes to security. Shopping... 更多
malls like the curve and 1Utama are practically 5 mins away. The best thing about this condo is the feeling of walking into a resort each time you come in after work. As I said the scenery of the landscaped pool and grand lobbies just takes you somewhere else. Traffic can be a little hassle during peak hours since theCurve and 1Utama is just beside. But nevertheless, a great place to stay in.

It really is quite accessible. We have shops just down the road. A mart on the block itself. Mutiara Damansara MRT is a 5-10 minute ride/Grab/Uber away. And we have One Utama/Curve/IKEA so close by.

balconies almost every morning. Rubbish is cleared the same. They even have designated recycling bins. Space is kept spick and span. Sometimes you feel like you live in a hotel instead of a condo.
There is a mart in the building. So you can easily get your snacks and some groceries. Makes life really easy. The mart also has a designated dobi service. And because of the prime location there are a ton of delivery options whether food or things like laundry services.
There are multiple safety measures in place. From access cards to vehicle access cards. It isn't easy for people to walk in. All visitor cars need to be registered and there a team of guards on duty all the time.
Management does a great job. We have regular neighborhood gatherings and makan makan sessions which really make it feel like a community and family. And the neighbors are super friendly.
