M Aruna, which offers serene lifestyles amid natural surroundings in the heart of Rawang, comprises 565 units of double-storey linked homes, spanning over 96 acres of lush landscape.

Situated in the matured and growing township of Rawang, M Aruna is the third development in the area by Mah Sing Group Bhd, one of the first developers to venture into the district. The first two townships were M Residence and M Residence 2.

Understanding prevailing market demands, Mah Sing developed M Aruna as an integrated township with a selection of link homes, targeting first-time homebuyers, young families and upgraders who prefer landed homes not far from the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

With a minimum selling price of RM803,800 per unit, the development offers 196 leasehold residential units in a guarded residential area. The built-up area of its Phase One units is about 1,700 sq ft (or 20ft x 60ft).

Other facilities include an outdoor gym, hammock areas, picnic grounds, a jogging track, bicycle lane, bike track and reflexology zones.

Rawang’s distance from Kuala Lumpur is often a concern for prospective purchasers. However, in terms of accessibility, the township benefits from the connectivity brought by the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) which opened in 2011, reducing travel time to the city to less than an hour.

The additional route also connects to the North-South Expressway, which allows residents to travel easily to Sungai Buloh, Bandar Sri Damansara, Kepong, Damansara, Subang, Kuala Lumpur and Shah Alam.

For those seeking to reduce their travelling time during peak hours to the city, they can also drive to the Rawang KTM (Keretapi Tanah Melayu) station, located about 10km away from the project.

Aside from its accessibility and connectivity, M Aruna offers residents convenient access to everything they need for a balanced lifestyle.

Surrounded by 12 primary and secondary schools, including Straits International School which is situated right in the neighbourhood, the township also leverages on increasing visitorship to nearby commercial and retail hubs such as AEON Rawang, Pasar Raya NSK, GIANT Hypermarket Rawang and Tesco Hypermarket Rawang. Nearby medical centres include KPJ Rawang and Hospital Sungai Buloh.

Rawang’s pull factors have drawn numerous major developers such as Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd, with ongoing developments such as Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estate, as well as Tanco Holdings Bhd with Bandar Country Homes, GuocoLand (Malaysia) Bhd with Emerald East and and the Low Yat Group with Bandar Tasik Puteri.

Primarily known for its industrial projects, this influx of residential developments is changing the character of Rawang into a landed haven close to the city. However, it still benefits from its industrial roots, with the potential to attract and accomodate a large workforce catchment.
